not really, probably prudent to deload 10% or so but 10 days isn't a ton as long as you are keeping up with your training before and after and don't fuck up your diet/sleep/etc. a lot of routines program in a rest week every 8-12
If you haven't taken a break in a few months it will probably be good for you.
I take a week off every 4-6 months depending on how hard I've been going and I always feel better afterwards.

Even a two week break has no real effect on your strength unless you booze all that time. It'll probably do you good and the only gains you'll lose are the ones you would have gotten during those 10 days. Next time post that shit in the QTDDTOT.
