I've been doing this for two weeks now and I'm gettingcomfortable with the six workouts a week scheme. I did /fit/'s greyskull before I switched.
Add facepulls during push days for your shoulder health yes yes
What are your stats

thanks bro. I reached 1/2/3/4 before switching. I know it's not much, but I have been stalling quite a lot on greyskull lately, so I thought weekly increases could help. I also want to focus a bit more on aesthetics now that I have reached my first strength goal.
You do 2 heavy sets of deadlift on your first pull workout and then 1 heavy set on your second?
Sounds like it could be to much but idk

holy fuck
that chocolate bomb
>>42482331
yeah that's what I've been doing. Keep in mind I have only been doing this for two weeks. I feel like the overall volume is a bit less than comparable programs since I work a physically demanding job.

I gave it to you.
You could do arms (bis, tris, side and rear delt) every day, for a 2-3 sets (and maybe just 1-2 or every other day for tris). Very curlbroish tho.
Also, depending on how you were training before, you might need to periodize (on the main lifts). There are many ways to do it just choose one. Maybe 3x5 one day, 1x3 the other?

Btw, OP, I forgot to ask: how is the routine treating you?
Are the gains coming in?

Thank you for the routine then! It has been going good so far, the first week the doms have been a bit harsh but I have gotten used to it. I feel like I can already tell the difference aesthetically, since I have only been training for strength before.
For now I'll try to keep it like I posted in the OP, it seems to be working for me. Thanks again bro.

Good to know it works for you too!
It's probably just the drop in volume, for now, like a huge cycle with your previous training as the high volume part and this as the high intensity... but whatever works, right? That will probably last an other couple of weeks tops, then you'll see if you have to periodize or can go on linearly.
Glad to be of help, and enjoy your gains.
