We all start somewhere dude I started with the bar on almost all my lifts no one cared 12 months later I can do 1/2/3/4, and now I can do 1.5/2.5/4/4.5 after sticking with it for 24 months.
Main thing is you need to be autistic about gym going doesn't matter that today you feel like shit, your dog died, traffic was shit you still go. Also diet and sleep play a huge role
