How do figure out my actual Tdee?
like I had to cut below 1500cal/day to lose the last few kilos, but various counters are telling me to go for 3400cals even though I picked the sedentary option (student, only activity is gym).
Also should I try keto while bulking?
Keto is not optimal for bulking. Check out /r/leangains for a very lean bulk with carb cycling.
