Just start conditioning yourself to recognize alcohol as a gainz goblin. Being healthy and looking attractive feels better than a beer tastes. When you do go out, gainz = girls. Make your socializing count by being the best you can be.

The real question is what to do to replace alcoholic activities. I am still trying to find a consistent answer to that question.

Alcohol gives me absolutely nothing outside of social drinking.
