Hey so, my whole life I've had a nail biting addiction, my fingernails have never grown out EVER, and have always been reduced to a stub. Until I found out Sunflower seeds are only $1.78

I've been eating these suckers by the truckload for about a month or two, and its slowly dawned on me that this much sodium can't be that good for me. Then again I also drink a gallon of water a day, so maybe it's all flooded away? Idk tell me what you think, am I fucking myself over?

Not really it won't flush out the sodium like that. Plus nuts are pretty high in fat maybe get low sodium ones and try to eat less.
