Sup boys. I'm scrawny and have one pec. (Thing called Poland Syndrome) The pec thing wont change, but what do I do about the scrawny thing? How do I start? Recommendations would be appreciated.

Just train like everybody else... Read the sticky. Maybe stick with dumbells instead of barbell for chest exercises, so that you can adjust the weight for your weaker side.

Shouldn't he stay with barbells but stay light. Could having one huge pec cause trouble with imbalances?

Maybe you are right. Ask your doctor OP

Don't ask your doctor, they know jack shit about lifting.
Ask your doctor to refer you to a sports doctor, and you have much higher chances of getting a proper answer.
>fuck up knee (unrelated to lifting)
>ask doctor if i can lift
>"yeah just don't use more than 30 kg"
>"30 kg on what lift"
>"just don't do it ok"
Then I went to a sports doctor who told me not to do any lower-body for six months, then slowly start back up with linear increments, beginning with the empty bar, and stopping if it hurts.

Thats actually kind of hilarious.
But I've never really lifted before and have like no idea what I'm doing

Protip: strong guys won't laugh at you because you're weak, but they'll laugh at you if you go to the gym, fuck around for an hour, then leave, and stay weak.
