First of all sorry /fit/ for the following stupidity. Anyway, I'm operating off a very strict schedule and a crippling laziness that I am fuckin ready to kill at this point. So. Yeah. Hi.
Goal: To stick with an exercise regimen and to a specific time and to never feel doubtful that my routine is working.
Challenge: no gym, efficiency, relative completeness, overcome my sloth, to make it an everyday habit, no thinking needed
I'm asking because I don't want to second guess myself or stop because I feel like it's not enough. I overthink a lot and have never been able to put together a cohesive schedule. It seems like a psychic war against myself--how do you even win something like that? I'm a perfectionist and an overthinker.
Is following along with a HIIT video every day a good start, or...?

Look up PPL. Follow it. Buy high-stim pre-workout. Take it. Realize the gym is fun and relaxing, and enjoy it. Leave humanity behind. We're waiting.
