Okay so yesterday i asked wether it would make sense to workout the same muscle group multiple times for extra muscle tearing and you said that it wouldn't be beneficial since i wouldn't recover fast enough.
Hear me out on this one tho.
I work 12 hours a day for 3-4 days in a row and since i'm usually too tired to workout after 12 hours of working, i'm thinking that i should go all out the day before i go to work.
This way i'll have 3-4 days to recover and i won't waste that much time.
