Anyone tried an Almased fast before? I've been in a slump re: weight loss, but have been doing well for a few days so far on this.
The only thing that worries me is the sugar content

Yeah tried it. Gave me crazy upset stomach everytime i took it couldn't finish the bottle

I haven't had that problem. The annoying thing is how it clumps up when you just try to stir it. I never use enough for a blender, and it gets stuck at the bottom anyway
