So i've been doing 5 x 5's for 3 weeks now. i am new to lifting and have a lot of time on my hands and want to work out every day. Is that possible or advisable? Anyone have any workout routines designed to let me lift every day minus Sunday?

30 min Cardio every other day after workout.
Unironcally Zyzz routine on simply shredded.
its a 5 day bro split: chest/biceps, legs, back, shoulders tris, full body (squat and deadlift)
if u switch the frequency to 5x5 for the deadlift squat and bench you can do it everyday, plenty of rest with good volume.
