i been on a diet for 5 weeks, today i went out of town and didn't have access to any decent food all day. i only had 3 scrambled eggs in the morning, but i got so hungry around 8 pm that i ate Dennys burger with onion rings around 1300 Cal. I still ate 600kal below my recommended amount.. but still it was shitty food

It won't kill your diet, You could eat only fast food every day and still lose weight. It sounds like eat clean most of the time so don't beat yourself up, life happens and you can't always perfectly plan out your diet. You could try meal prepping in the future though
