My mom is a smoker, and she just turned 45, and my little sister is becoming morbidly ones through her own inaction. When I lived with them, me and my mom went to the gym 3 times a week, and it was the greatest health she'd been in years, but when I moved out there was nobody there to keep her going. My sister refuses to go on so much as a walk, ignores all health advice as "nagging and lecturing", and constantly bakes as a hobby. My mother is willing to change, but my sister is the problem, she needs to fix her body before it destroys her health AND her appearance. I cannot be there to force them to go, so how can I convince the two of them to get into a routine with me, even if we're apart? What can I do to convince the two of them to stick to something?
I can match their combined reps, I can make a meal plan, I'll do whatever, I just don't want my mom to die Young, and my baby sister to die younger.
