Looking to buy a cardio machine for my home gym. Been going running for years, but lately I've been re-straining the same calf muscle even after several weeks rest, so I'm moving on to something else. Kind of undecided between stationary bike and rowing machine.

Try them out and see which one you like best?
My personal preference would be for the rowing machine, but I can see why other people might prefer the stationary bike.

Dude dont fall for the "In home Cardio machine" Meme. its gonna end up in the corner of your room collecting dust or as a clothes rack.
unless you have a dedicated room as a home gym. buying workout equipment is a meme. just walk hard or jog light for cardio or shadow box for 3 rounds, 5 minutes each round.

It won't. I've been on a strict routine for years, doing cardio as my second workout on Sun, Tues, and Thurs. I have my entire basement made into a home gym already with rack, bench, and heavy bag. It'll get used. Probably getting the rower.
