Who here /push-pull split/? My routine, alternating push and pull 7 days a week on gear:
Push: dumbbell bench, machine incline press, lateral raises, tricep pushdown.
Pull: Lat pulldown, monkey rows, curls, farmer's walks.
Every day: some ab work and some leg work (either leg press or calf raises) and some neck curls+extensions.
