Hi guys this morning I was training and on the third rep of my working weight for OHP I heard a tearing sound and felt pain in my trap. I went home took some ibuprofen and iced it then had a nap. It feels good now but should I still go in for legs tomorrow as long as I keep from any movements that might strain my trap?
