I'm just fucking with you bro.....you're gonna make it.
Cutoff for me is 5'10" or so. You're good.

Yeah OP I was similar. I was cutting down from 300lbs+ and my gains were through the roof. At around 240-50lbs I was the pinnacle of strength.
Then every pound I lost after my lifts began to suffer. I'm 200lbs now and I'm a mere husk of my former strength (which wasn't too impressive). Still have to get to 170lbs and I dread knowing how little my lifts will be. At my "peak" I was:
>255lb x 5 for bench
>365lb x 5 for diddly
>295lb x 5 for squat
>155lb x 5 for OHP
These all felt pretty good and mentally I was great.
Now I'm
>245lb x 5 for bench
>315lb x 5 for diddly
>245lb x 5 for squat (pathetic)
>140lb x 5 for OHP
And they're a fucking struggle, barely holding on. I feel mentally and physically weak.
pretty aesthetic tho compered to before

I was only like 195lbs at the start though, not anywhere near as fat as you. nice lifts tho

Luckily you don't need to cut as much as I do. It's constant hell.
You can cut and your noob gains will propel you so you're not losing lifts by the time you're done.
If I were you I'd cut to 160-170 then bulk/cut to/from 200 forever.

Wonder how far i could go while cutting. I'm pretty close to done tbqh (maybe like 10-12lbs left to lose)

I have no idea why your bench didn't drop more.....squats and deads should have basically stayed the same plus or minus 20 lbs. You tall?
>started lifting 2 years ago
>started at 185
>gained a pretty good amount of strength
>still 185
>still look like a dyel t rex
Just fuck my shit up senpai
