What can I do when I'm clean bulking (3000-3500 cals) and feel terrible? I have to force feed myself and keep myself from throwing up. I used to be on a paleo/low carb diet where I consumed 250g of protein a day and tons of vegetables and some milk alongside very low carbs (<50g) and I felt phenomenal. I was able to run and exercise for hours and push myself conpletely to the limit and keep having energy for more. Now I get winded just walking down the street. I upped my carb consumption by a ton, which i think is the reason why i feel bad.
Forgot to add. I'm also doing 16:8 intermittent fasting, though I plan on quitting soon for the sake of making this bulk easier

IF mainly just lets you be full at least once during the day on a cut, it serves no purpose when you actually have trouble eating enough

Would rec still not eating after a few hours of waking (HGH gains) but other than that eat and snack throughout the day.

You can do IF if you want, or just cut your carbs for your final few meals of the day. This is assuming your eating 6 or 7 meals.

Thanks. At the moment it's been 3-4 meals with IF. The meal i break my fast with is always huge and feels great to eat (1000-1500 calories), it's just having to keep eating a lot of calories in that period that kills me. I'm not that big of an eater but I am good at forcefeeding.

Just some advice: if you're having trouble identifying why you feel poorly then go back to the basics.
Try this for one week and see how you feel:
Meal 1: Poached Eggs / Oats made with water / A piece of fruit
Meal 2: Chicken Breast / Brown Rice / Steamed Broccoli
Meal 3: Baked Salmon / Brown Rice / Spinach
Meal 4: Chicken Breast / Brown Rice / Steamed Asparagus
No added seasoning on food. Only drinking water.
You'd feel like a million bucks I bet.
