I benched 90kg for 4 reps today. The last rep was grindy as hell. Should I attempt 100kg next week?

I can already tell you that you will probably not be able to do the 100kg. When I did 95x3, I couldn't do 100x1. You can still try, just eat a lot of carbs the night before and get a spotter.
