My dips form was bad and I fucked my left shoulder, so much so that I couldn't continue doing negatives ( cause I can't actually do dips ). If I do any of these: https://greatist.com/move/stretches-for-tight-shoulders my left shoulder kinda pops and hurts.
Is this bad or will it go away?
