I'm a skinny guy
Student so i sit around all day
My muscles have gone shit
I'm planning to go to gym but i'm so weak rn and have like zero endurance
I want you to tell me a routine that'll increase my endurance and prepare me to hit gym
I can give two hours to it
Also give me some diet advice

Read the whole sticky. Start at the gym with what you can actually do, but don't underestimate your strength. Push yourself to the limit. In terms of diet, eat a lot, but make sure you eat clean. No junk food shit all the time. But seriously read the sticky
