>Wanna eat more to get off from 53kg
>also wanna eat leaner and less red meat for better skin
>also wanna eat cheap since I'm now on my own
Fuck it's hard to do all at once.
Kinda tired of beans, oats and boiled carrots.
The satisfaction of a good physique is a thousand times greater than the satisfaction you get from eating tasty food.

No offense but that's sad as fuck.
I used to make stews and sauces every other day
Now I make do with boiled veggies, beans and rice/semolina. I'm already sick tired of chicken. Thankfully there's a weekly sale on fish near expiration date at my local grocery so I get to eat that twice a week.

endless recipes and meal plan suggestions overwhelm a lot of people.
this is a formula for a cheap, healthy, simple, protein rich meal.
you can use it as a framework and substitute in a different carbohydrate or protein.
i don't think it sounds any sadder than stew and near-expiration-date fish.

Boiled lentils with onions and spices are literally god tier for bulking. I just had a 500g plate of those bad boys (110gC 3gF 50gP 600+ cals). And they're cheap as fuck
Also oats, pasta and chicken breast

are you able to offer any better advice? a cheaper meal with those macros and that potentiial for variation? or do just whine like neo-vagina?

Because vegans, eating very low-fat diets, are known for their healthy skin.
