your leg looks small as fuck, no muscle defitinition or whatsoever just a plump of fat
also that pose will make your leg look bigger than it really is
Thats why you're supposed to do accessory lifts on your upper body.
After you do your big lifts for like 5 reps or whatever it is, you gotta lower the weight down and do some for 10 reps (though it should be light enough that you could pump out 15-20) On the same weight you do that for 3-4 sets.
