This is fucking torment. I feel no pain, but I'm getting weaker and I don't know why. My other lifts have been unaffected.

Have I busted my rotator cuff or something?

My sleep schedule hasn't been great, but I've been getting around 6-7 hours each night. I've been on a bit of a deficit, but I've been trying to fix that (probably getting around 1800-2100 Calories at 150lbs bw).

I just did some push ups and noticed my left arm was weak and the whole movement was awkward as fuck.

There's really something wrong with my left side (I'm thinking pec or rotator cuff).

The weirdest thing is that it's my dominant arm and I've noticed no difficulty performing everyday activities. I can still do dumbbell rows at full strength with it too.

Update: Pec is now sore (feels like DOMS) after attempting push ups.

I think the best case scenario is that I strained it, then agitated it, gradually worsening its condition.

I'll see the doc tomorrow and hopefully get everything figured out.
