leg day was today, I could do alot more for my own good but what can I do to help my legs from feeling so weak? legs tighten up real fast i.e. leg extensions after squats are so hard for me I have to rest for so long til the next set and the weight is reasonable light

Thinking I should stretch them EVERYDAY and often, possibly jog more? I feel like my legs has bad circulation or something relative to the rest of my body what else could I doodoo?
