Is it possible to eat 100g+ of protons without going over 2000 calories? What would your meals need to be like? Asking because I'm trying to cut without sacrificing my gains.

Eat beans and greens. Legit, they're protein dense. Maybe do a protein powder. I hear whey is actually shitty so try out rice protein, or any other plant-based because you can absorb 100% of it

3.5kg of broccoli
100g protein
1200cal

Protons don't have any weight so no it's impossible
4kcal/g for protein and carbs 9kcal/g of fat
100g of protein = 400kcal of perfectly lean meat
Maybe round up to 500-600 for fat content. Rest is veggies

Protons DO have weight. They make up half the weight of each atom. You're thinking of Electrons which still have some weight but it's orders of magnitude smaller than protons
