Is a weight loss plateau real? I'm only getting bro science when I google?
I went on a water fast to get quick results. Lost 10kgs over a course of several weeks. Now I am at a complete stall since the past two weeks, I even started eating 1500 calories (TDEE is 2k) and started doing cardio for about a week now. But my weight is stuck at the same point it was before.

if your weightloss stalls, then you need to either lower calories further or increase cardio.

Understand that weight loss can't just STALL
The number on the scale might be the same or even increase while you burn bodyfat(i guess that's your target anyway)
You should measure your waist for better monitoring of your weight loss
