I need your help fit. I started at 365 lbs and got down to 280 this year. But now I gained back 20. I lost control. I keep failing. zero willpowrr. everything I try failed. Why was it so easy before and so hard now?! I cant even do two days wihout binging its like a bait and switch happened

Just don't buy the junk. If you're feeling hungry eat some veggies or lean meats. It'll fill you up without fucking over your caloric intake.
Really just snack on healthy shit. You'll feel full without taking in a shitton of cals

What you're saying tho, it sounds like you've lost your healthy relationship with food, if you ever had it.
It's up to you and your therapist to fix that, but you'll need it or you'll forever fail.
The easy /fit/ fix would be to only buy the food you're supposed to eat, and then just fuck it and stay hungry.
