Diet first time was McDonald's. Advanced way too quickly on my lifts and developed emboe tendonitis, sprained my wrist, and fucked my groin. My joins and tendons couldn't keep up with strength gains. Took some time off,like then blasted again and went slow with the press and ate 85% clean.

Bench and deadlift are maxes. I tried to squat 3pl8 and while I could get it down semi comfortably, I couldn't get out of the hole. The squat is my 5rm working set. I squatted 255 for triples 2 months ago though so maybe my squat max is closer to the deadlift.

Been lifting for 2 years properly then the last 2 years I just went casually every now and then and made pretty much no progress, 4 week fast progress (didnt go to the gym for the past 2 months just been casually working out at home every now and then while working in a warehouse and fasting).

The amount of pushups/squats/pullups does not matter nearly as much as how good your form is. Keep your form 100% perfect and do not slack. You get stronger and bigger from keeping your form perfect

Started lifting after a long break this june. Stats from then til now:
Squat 70x5 92x5
Bench 47.5x5 70x5
OHP 30x5 40x5 (lel)
Dead 100x5 120x5 (stopped using straps and became very harsh on myself with form because i've always hurt myself doing DLs)
Friends always commenting how "huge" i've gotten.

Cutting on -500 deficit first weeks and -1000 for about 3 weeks now, shit sucks. Gone from 79kg Flabby McFlab to 73kg atleast. But im not sure what to do now. Im having bad side effects from a cut this steep - i can't sleep, and i have migraines which seem to trigger far more frequently when i don't eat enough (doctor asked me if im "eating properly" the first thing)

So reduce the cut to 500 deficit, maintain, or bulk so that i can get some actual mass instead of being hungry skellington?

3 months progress

I went from not being able to 5x5 just the bar to benching 1pl8. I know i'm not impressive objectively but i was so skinnyfat before and had such bitch tits that I'm happy with my progress and felt like sharing.

I need to shave but i'm going on holiday soon so i'm waiting till closer to the time.

Skinnyfat here, what body fat percentage would you estimate me to be? I was thinking 17-18%.

For skinnyfats, the answer is always CUT. Cut to below 15%. No ifs no buts. You won't feel the slightest bit better about yourself when you can lift heavy weights but you look identical to when you started, i.e. a fat pile of shit. Cut to a low bf% then slow bulk. This is the voice of nearly two wasted years of fucking around and still being skinnyfat talking. Don't fuck around cutting no wait bulking no wait cutting no wait bulking every couple of weeks because you don't have a plan. You now have a plan - CUT.

Meh. I disagree. I think you might be referring to people who are actually just fat and not skinnyfat. I don't have visible abs yet, but I've lost any sort of pouch I had before over the course of 1 month of working out while also visibly gaining muscle all over my body. I guess everyone is different, but I'm glad with the direction I chose.

5ft, always fluctuating between 140-145

I skip breakfast and have a 280 kcal cup of instant noodles plus a cereal bar or 40g bag of potato chips for lunch (trash, I know) but have been skipping dinner as well lately (beef burger with salad or a tuna steak) because depression.

This month's delivery was a lot easier, only having to carry/stack 600kg of horse feed on Monday and 950kg of horse bedding on Tuesday, both done within 20 minutes. Good thing because my chronic pain is getting worse, but bad because I've lost a bit of muscle mass/definition particularly on my back.

Extremely fucked up childhood (every kind of abuse imaginable, huge pressure piled on me in school because I am officially 'gifted', a stupid amount of traumatic experiences etc.), multiple chronic illnesses and almost zero stability/security in my life. I'm an anxious AF, overachieving, insecure, obsessive-compulsive over-thinker, so recently decided to go back to nature. The only thing that stopped me killing myself in my teens was volunteering at a riding school, caring for horses. Realising the muscle acquired from that sort of work accounted for some of my excess weight helped stopped me relapsing into my eating disorder. Because of this I quit my media job and now work on a farm which is better for my mental health and stops me getting too fat.

I'm hoping I am balanced at the moment in terms of having some ok gains whilst remaining feminine. Half this site seems to think I'm a trap and I have had some negative comments on my arms but hope ass, hips and tits make up for it. I want to be remain feminine but certainly don't want to be weak.

Thanks! 22y and 4 years lifting. My main focus has always been gaining as much muscle mass as I can naturally with my genetics.

Now I'm at that point where I need to decide if this is enough or should I go and try bodybuilding.

We have natural class in Finland (there is some roids too), but I want to be really big if I compete. Last year winner said I should definitely try natural bb, but I don't think that's my thing.
