That's weird man. When I work out in the morning I have more energy the rest of the day.
>>42450330
your cardio vascular system is most likely garbage.

I bike a lap around my city every morning.
>>42450384
How many miles and how much time?
>>42450430
6/30 mins
t-there's lots of hills
>>42450477

>>42450477

well what the fuck?? i'm exhausted by the time I get home. I burn an average of 250 cals a lap and that's all I need to meet my cutting goals. I live in a windy city and I'm on a bmx
I'm a month away from my goal body, just gotta get dat abdomen stubborn fat. then I start bulking. if I'm delusional someone please tell me and I'll up what I'm doing but it really feels like I'm doing enough
>>42450572
Ummm no. You over estimate how many calories you can burn in 30 minutes. You get exhausted by the time you are home because you'r cardio vascular system is bad. You have to linearly up the amount of time and intensity you do on the bike.

I also lift in the morning OP, about an hour and a half at the gym, up at 8:30 there by 10, start work at 12 and home about 8.
Yeah im tired but not a crazy amount, make sure you eat a good breakfast, have a shake or eat again after gym before work, then lunch, then dinner when home, and drink water throughout the day.
either your diet or maybe lack of sleep to blame

I'm cutting at 2100cals (including cardio) and getting results, if I bike for an hour I'll just have to eat more. What's the point? I follow up my lap with an hour of lifting so I'm not sure doing two laps would help me stay awake during the day.
I've tried different calorie trackers, they all come up around 250cals burned after a lap so how do I know what I'm burning if that's all wrong?
>>42450802
OP should have been
>cutting and lifting in the morning
>tired for the rest of the day
>>42450330
You're either not used to it yet, or you're lazy.
I lift 6-7 times per week in the morning, plus afternoon cardio 4-5 days per week, plus working full time, and I have a family.
>>42450880
calorie trackers are all completely inaccurate. The only way to know how much calories you are burning is from your personal experience. How much weight you loose from eating a certain amount of food and doing a certain amount of cardio and then you estimate it based on that.

Tired for the rest of the day?
Either you aren't getting enough X or you could be doing too much of Y
