You guys are probably gonna think I'm a retard, but....
About a month ago I decided to try to get /fit/. I cut my eating a shit ton, started running everyday, as well as push-ups, crunches, and planking, all until I cant take it anymore
I've literally had no improvement since I've started. I drop after like, .2 mi, 20 push-ups, 15 crunches, and 1 minute plank
What am I doing wrong?

You need to start counting calories in an honest way, you probably haven't cut your eating as much as you think. 1 month also isn't that long
I've learnt that you should atleast give it 3 months before doubting your effort.

are you dropping weight? if so, there's your progress.
if not:
adjust cals more
make sure you're eating enough protein (1g per lb of lean body weight)
make sure you sleep enough
stay at it and read the sticky
