What do you guys think about them? I like their HIIT videos, it's a good way to start the day when you know you won't have time for a n evening workout.
Also ITT : how do you track your progress on your wourkouts? Any app? I use a good old excel sheet but it lacks flexibility.
Former fatass here, I lost 40 pounds and it literally started with their videos.
I guess it helped me getting the courage to go to the gym.
