Subscapularis exercises for shoulder health. You've probably seen someone doing these standing up with a cable machine or some light plates before. If you're not doing these already, you should be. Long term, this will keep your shoulders from developing impingement issues or being imbalanced.

Oh and Arnold is doing a variation that goes beyond the ROM to involve more rear delt. More of a hybrid subscap/rear delt fly.

just do them standing with a cable, is just as good and you have constant tension through the motion, in the one arnold does there are only so much that gravitation can pull when at certain angles

I used to do it , it's a solid exercise , but it kinda sucks that you have to take up the bench press to do it. Can't do it on a normal bench because there is nothing to hold to
looks like a lying vartiation of a lateral raise,
if you think about it is allows you to get a grimeater ROM in the eccentric portion, rather than having the dumbbells start at your side,
