I'm on a cut and I've been taking in roughly 1,200 calories a day, with about 200g of protein. I told my friend and he said I need to start eating more, but the pounds have been flying off.
Is this safe? How much LBM am I losing by doing this?

of course it's safe. I recommend eating the entire 1200 calories after your workout. works for me. just because other's can't dedicate themselves to a heavier cut doesn't mean you shouldn't. keep going anon
