when traveling long term is bodyweight or heavy resistance bands better for avoiding gains goblins?
i am decently built and lean and the goblins are hitting me hard right now. ive got decently heavy bands in my hand right no and im just seeking advice, thanks

i mean am i better off trying to do incline pushups and handstands, and pullupa using a doorframe or pole, or heavy resistance bands to do pushups, overhead press, rows, etc? even if the weight is below my max
neither is ideal because they cant come close to my max or be adjusted, but dors anyone have an idea of whatvis better or what i should focus on?
