How sinful is it to replace the squat with something else (e.x. legpress) I'm been squatting for like a year and a half but i cant seem to get the form down no matter how much research I do, and as a result its my worst lift by far (~25% weaker according to symmetric strength) is it okay to replace this with something not so demaning as far as form and flexibility go? Also how good is leg press for glute developement?

personally had to stop doing deadlifts because it was working my legs too much

BWAHHAHAHAAHa look at this faggot still squatting. Literally everyone here does leg press instead of squating you fucking dumbass.

disregard these fagets OP, keep the squat, in fact, squat everyday. Read the book, thank me later.
pls no memes
i want to know if leg press is a decent option as well
Had hip impingement surgery a few years ago and still can't squat without getting a sharp twinge in my hip. Bulgarian split squats are my next best thing without any pain but I still hate myself for not squatting

I just do barbell glute thrusts. Because chicks give zero shits about hammies and quads.

Read nuckols' guide. Form is a skill you have to develop, but you can always just do a split and train muscles. Not as fun though.

Hammies?

I've fucked up my back so I can't squat. I've pretty much replaced all legs training with lunges/splitsquats, running and hillsprinting. Strengthwise my lowerbody is not as proficient as it could be if I could DL/squat, but it's definitely not lacking size.
Keep stretching and rolling trying to get the form right if it's possible to you, but don't fuck your shit up for life just 'cause a vietnamese claymotion site autistically thinks everyone has to do exactly the same stuff to progress. You only have one body, remember that.
