Plyometrics (check out a book or look up videos)
Run landing on your forefoot
Walk using your calves
Farmer walks
Squats
etc.
Not that difficult if you eat a lot. Volume and dynamic movements over Load and monoplanar movements.

Body weight is more important than weight lifting by the way. Weights are supplement, unless you're training like a greek warrior and olympian or something.
