Who here lifts because they want to be better than everyone else?
I got tired of being the out of shape guy with zero stamina, so I train mostly in things that I can do to make normies feel inadequate like pushups, dips, pullups, bw squats and running.
Also I'm poor as fuck and can't afford a gym membership so bw exercises and running are the best I can do.
