Hey /fit/, I know there's a sticky for this so I'll probably get some hate, but anyway...
I'm fat as fuck, guys.
I've really let myself go over the years due to being a lazy cunt and now I'm beyong unhealthy.
I want to get into shape, or at least start losing weight at a consistent pace. I know there are no miracle diets or workouts or shit like that.
Thing is, due to my job and college, I have almost no time to exercise, at least not in a gym. I wake up at 7AM, get to work at 8 and leave at 5PM, only to go to college at 6PM.
Do you have any tips? Should I wake up sooner and walk? Should I do push-ups etc. at home before going to work/going to sleep?
tl;dr Help a fat guy out.
Also, sorry if my english is shit. Not my native language, and thanks for your time!
>Use fitness calculators to approximate your TDEE
>Eat less than that by a minimum of 500 calories
>Start walking to begin preparing for more rigorous cardio
You can make it if you try.
I lost a quarter of my body weight sat on my ass in front of the computer. Losing weight is more about eating less rather than exercising more.

You've already given yourself excuses. When I was loaded on an 18 credit hour semester, and working odd shifts full time at a gas station I made it my business to wake up early as fuck and lift. Or before bed.
But if you just wanna lose weight it's all in your diet, I didn't lift and lost like 100lbs (wish I could go back and do it while lifting tho)
