i've finally stared to train again after a 2 year break, obviously my muscles cannibalised themselves and i got small and fatter. i'm about ~85kg and more than 20% bf (i guess between 20 and 30).
i want to cut till winter and then bulk again. my question is what are the best reps and sets to keep a maximum amount of your muscle mass and burn the fat and what type of cardio should i do?
my routine now
running at 6kmh or 10mph for 30min - cardio
pull ups and dips till i can do 20 reps without a problem
just got some dental work done and won't be able to chew for a week or two...
any tips for a more liquid diet, things like yogurt,slimfast, idk
