Any advice for gaining weight?
I'm 6'3", 135 pounds, and limited to lower-carb because I'm type 1 diabetic. Most guides for bulking are very carb-heavy and was wondering if anyone here has done it with protein/fat instead.
Bonus points if you're also type 1

Post a pic. That sounds way too low to be possible. I'm 5'9" 173 lbs and I feel like a skeleton.

Imagine this with a little more muscle tone.
I can jog 3 or 4 miles pretty easily (was in cross country growing up) and I can do 50 or 60 pushups in a row before my arms give out. But lacking mass sucks :<

SPOOKY SCARY SKELETON. Can you eat diary? What about complex carbohydrates? Legumes? Since meat and fat are your main source of calories don't buy anything lean. Cook your food in lard if you really want to go big. And protein powder, lots protein powder.
im 6'3 too
at one very dark point in my life i was 122 lbs lol
now im 145

Meat, eggs, milk/protein yogurt.
Went from 6'0 140 to about 160 with a lot of this. Eventually you'll need to find an alternative, but that will get you some newbie gains

Full fat Greek yoghurt, unsweetened.
If you can get it, Skyr is a better option.
Also, protein shakes with water.

Meat and fat, yeah. Complex carbs are better. I generally eat under 80g carbohydrate per meal. It's alright for me to have dairy. I eat a fair amount of legumes now. Cooking more stuff in fatty oils seems like it could be the way to go. Do you think aiming for 80g of fat a meal would be good for weight gain?

If dairy is fine, fucking Quark man.
Cheap as fuck, can be had for basically any meal and can be cooked into a lot of recipes.

>can you eat diary
Tried it once. Fills you up, but not a lot of calories, so that's not good for bulking.
My diary desu
