Blue collar /fit/ bros: how do you do it? Just started as an HVAC technician apprentice after years of desk work and I'm fucking dead by the time I get off work. What do you do to cope or get around this? Should I scale back my expectations for my workout?

Get some good boots, replace your insoles as needed so you don't get sore feet, and realize that your social life is bounded by your job. This isn't high school or college
Go to bed at like 9 or 10
Wake up at 4:30
Get to gym at 5
Finish workout at 6:30
Get ready for work til 7:30
Commute to work
Work 8-5
