What's a respectable jump rope max? I'm pretty new to cardio and my legs are shot at around 1:50
>>42435910
I used to do up to 40 mins straight.

my gf wants me to run with her but she's coming off an injury and only does 2-3 miles at a time. What do you think is the equivalent to that in jump rope time (fairly fast paced nothing crazy)
40 min is impressive as fuck

Just skip for 2-3 miles.. are you dense??
>>42436131
how am I supposed to know how many miles I skipped
>>42436326
I don't know use Google maps or whatever, you can even circle a block a few times, to see how long you've skipped for. How dense are you?
>>42435962
this is a fucking lie and you know it. You fucking piece of shit
used to do 15 minutes straight for boxing
but i quit because college and parents are asians
>>42436460
>parents are asians
you might be too

Jumping rope (at 120-140 turns per minute) for 10 minutes equals to jogging for 30 minutes. Calculate how long it takes you to run 3 miles and do some rule of three math.

thanks man. I have a lot of work to do, can't feel my legs at all after 2 minutes
How do I determine if a rope is good or not?
I feel like there's absolutely no weight in my current rope, my arms get tired swinging the fucking thing way before I get tired from actually jumping rope.
