Anybody else with morning depression?
I just feel very anxious/depressed after I wake up. Like I want to die. It usually disappears after one two hours (sometimes not totally).

Anybody experience the same?

i feel physically ill when i wake up, not sure if it's related to anxiety/depression but it makes me feel like shit.

i have to force down my breakfast while on the verge of puking then have a coffee and i feel fine for the rest of the day. haven't been to a doctor for it though i've just kinda dealt with it.

OP here. Same for me. I have to force myself to eat and I feel like shit. I thought it was something that everybody experienced but it's not the case. I don't think there's a solution for this though.
