Is it legit or a bunch of voodoo magic (AKA semi legit)?
Here's the HST routine I'm looking to start tomorrow. I'm interested if anybody else is running HST
2 sets for all exercises
Day A
Squats
Bench
Row
Shrugs
Lateral raises
Curls
Rear raises
Day B
Deadlift
OHP
Lat Pulldown
Dips
Curls
Tricep Pushdown
Calf raises

volume of training is what influences hypertrophy most. this would be fine if you are just starting out as most newbie strength gainz are from neural adaptation anyway.

I did it in my second year of training, I did gain muscle on it but it could have been because of noob gains
just do PPL like the rest of us

You could do PPL following HST principles too
