Hey guys, I've been doing a routine for a little under a year now that is a variation of starting strength. The difference is that I've added a lot more upper body work and arm isolation exercises.
I'm wondering if I should ditch this work out and do a variation of PPL or maybe even another type of brosplit. I haven't seen enough results but i don't know if that is because I had to take winter off from my College gym and I didn't workout May 17th-June 17th.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday:
OHP/sitting OHP 3x5
Sitting bicep curl 3x5
Dumbell press 3x10
Incline Dumbell press 3x10
Tricep cable pull-down 3x10
Cable rows 3x10
Dumbell flies 3x10
What should I do, /fit/? I'm now in a financial position in which I won't have to skip winter now and I can work out all year long. Should I stick to this routine or should I do PPL or another type of brosplit?

SOMEONE PLEASE RESPOND AND TELL ME WHAT TO DO
Where are the lower body exercises?
I do something similar, full body thing every second day:
OHP 4x5
Squat 3x5
Bench 4x5
Row 4x5
Dead 3x5
Throw in tricep extensions and curls at the end sometimes too.
Personally I find the full body routine to be more enjoyable than a split, I like doing one routine every time rather than changing exercises and/or rep structure.
What are your lifts OP

If you haven't seen results after a year, you're doing it wrong. Stick to a proven routine.

Eat at a deficit and keep lifting until you're ~12%bf. Go from there.
