I wanna be able to dominate these 3 fuckers. But while preserving my muscle strength and perhaps mass. I'm talking about BIG numbers on each while also doing 5 rep exercises to preserve my strength gains.

5x5 weighted pushups OR 5x5 chest press
normal pushups 4xOF MAX REP
Incline flys 4x10
upright row 4x10
situps 3xMAX
weighted pullups 5x5
normal pullups 4xOF MAX REP
rack pulls 3x5
some other ab exercise low intensity
squat 5x5
deadlift 3x5
left curl 4x10
situps 3xMAX OF REP
DONE TWICE WEEKLY NO REST DAY EXCEPT SUNDAY
