Today for my pull day I got so tired after my first two workouts I felt like I was about to pass out.
Can someone let me know what might be wrong? I did this same routine before and felt fine, but maybe it is the routine. Or malnutrition or something?
I do:
>Deadlifts 5 sets
>BB rows 5 sets
at this point I got lightheaded,
>T Bar rows 4 sets
after this I had to go to the bathroom to take a breather
>chilled for a bit
>Lat pulldown
>cable row
>db rows
then i did some bicep work and by the end of the workout felt fine.
How can I avoid feeling so shitty next time though?

Drink water while you work out, make sure to not hold your breath for too long during sets and eat more before.
