So... I was just doing some push ups/triceps dips. Lifting just 30kgs(weak af, i know)
The next day my shoulders and arms are kind of sore. My little cousin wants me to play on a trampoline with him, I do.
Jump, land on my back. Sudden pain. Go to doctor. Teels me I tore my shoulder muscle

Because you pushed yourself too hard too fast to conform to some bullshit 'standard' that everyone else convinced you you have to meet. Now you're FUCKED and you'll have to do basically NOTHING for months until your shoulder heals up. You going to fuck up again after that or are you going to train in a conservative, realistic way?
