>go to the gym every day for 2 months, go up by 50 lbs in each of my compound lifts
>dont go for 9 days due to vacation
>doing same weight kicks my ass and i can barely finish the reps
Do you really lose strength this fast?

at this stage your brain just forgot how to lift
you'll be back after a couple of training sessions

Depends, what did you eat on vacation?
Was the atmospheric pressure enough to make your red blood cells carry less oxygen? (i.e. closer to sea level)
How intense training did you have prior to vacation vs. when you got back.
I've noticed that if I quit lifting for about a month my bp shoots down 30lbs and I can only squeeze out 4-5 reps. Much less sets. But after the noob loss of 20-35lbs it pretty much stagnates there forever. Most I've ever lost on my bp was 40lbs one rep max and thats because I stopped working out after high school.
Also when you stop taking creatine you'll notice big time.

You lost muscle memory. Do the weight of your last warmup set as your work set and try to regain your form.
